Returns & Refunds Policy

For monthly grocery subscriptions and cafe supplies, we ensure strict quality controls. If any product is found damaged, incorrect, or below expectations, please notify our Indore delivery coordinator within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

For event supplies, sealed and unopened soft drink boxes, water crates, or disposable packs can be returned within 24 hours post-event for credit refunds.
